PDRadiopharma Inc. is dedicated to the research and development of radiopharmaceuticals in collaboration with PeptiDream Inc. Leveraging PeptiDream's proprietary Peptide Discovery Platform System (PDPS®), we are actively expanding our RI-PDC (Radioisotope-Peptide Drug Conjugate) pipeline, which combines highly selective peptide binders for specific biological targets with diagnostic or therapeutic radioisotopes. Our efforts span both proprietary and partnered programs.

RI-PDCs are designed to selectively deliver radioisotopes to disease-associated targets.
When combined with diagnostic radioisotopes, RI-PDCs enable visualization of tumors through nuclear medicine imaging. The gamma (γ) rays emitted by the diagnostic radioisotope can be detected using specialized imaging equipment, allowing the location and size of tumors to be identified.

The same targeting peptide can subsequently be combined with a therapeutic radioisotope to selectively deliver radiation to cancer cells while minimizing exposure to healthy tissues. Alpha (α) and beta (β) radiation emitted by the therapeutic radioisotope can destroy or damage cancer cells. This treatment approach is known as Targeted Radiotherapy (TRT).

This integrated approach, known as theranostics, enables both diagnosis and treatment using the same molecular targeting mechanism.

TRT and theranostics offer a range of benefits. In addition, peptides discovered through PDPS® provide several advantages for radiopharmaceutical development, including:

• High target specificity and selectivity
• Favorable pharmacokinetic properties and renal clearance
• Low immunogenicity and toxicity potential
• Flexibility in synthesis and modification, enabling diverse applications

These characteristics make peptide-based radiopharmaceuticals particularly well suited for both diagnostic and therapeutic applications.

Working closely with PeptiDream, we support RI-PDC programs from discovery through commercialization in Japan, with a particular focus on development and commercialization within the Japanese market.
For programs conducted in collaboration with international partners, global development and commercialization are led by those partners. For selected programs in which PeptiDream holds development and commercialization rights in Japan, PDRadiopharma advances development and commercialization in Japan by leveraging global clinical and development data.

Building on our strong foundation in diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals, we are expanding our portfolio of both diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals through close collaboration with PeptiDream.
Going forward, we will continue to invest in the expansion of our pipeline and the advancement of individual programs, with the aim of building a growing portfolio of differentiated radiopharmaceutical assets and contributing to the evolution of theranostics.
